Our approach begins with a kick-off to get all key stakeholders informed, inspired, and on board. We show them what setting clear ambitions will bring them. Next, we conduct interviews with various people in the organization to gain a clear insight into the key topics for the program. Using this information, we conduct research: we map the external playing field on the topics we identified in the interviews. During the ambition setting workshop, we bring together key decision-makers and inspire them with the trends, best practices, and insights into competition from the research. This forms the starting point of the complex decision-making process towards setting shared ambitions. The result of the workshop is a set of conceptual ambitions, integrated into the Impact Promise. With these ambitions as a starting point, we identify areas for improvement. We use our Impact Scaling software to gather insights from various stakeholders about the strengths and
weaknesses of the organizations regarding the set ambitions. This is brought together in the improvement consolidation session. This is followed by a period of work sessions in which we work closely with various experts in the organization to develop a dynamic roadmap to address improvement areas and achieve ambitions.
The result is a roadmap consisting of 6-week improvement sprints towards achieving the set ambitions, thereby strengthening competitive advantage.
