Remi is our youngest asset within ORGX. As a junior consultant he fulfills a variety of roles aimed at learning the consulting profession. We asked Remi a few questions about him and ORGX. Why do you believe in ORGX? The world is changing at an increasingly faster pace. Many companies can no longer keep up. Whether it concerns climate change, digitization or social developments, to make impact means that companies need to change. But how do you determine what is truly important? Which way do you need to go a company? And how do you get there? Do you want to be the leader or the slacker? I believe in ORGX because we can help companies with the above questions. We can show what really matters and help companies to differentiate themselves. That starts with our vision: ORGX has a unique view on the balance between operating results, impact on society and ecological consequences. We believe that all three elements belong in a vision. Companies can no longer only focus on economical results. More is needed to be meaningful in this world. What can clients expect from you? From my studies I bring a combination of business/process optimization perspective (Nyenrode) and a customer/guest perspective (Hotelmanagement). My first working years at KLM and De Lokalist have brought me wide range of insights and digital skills that I can use to create a leap forward with our clients. One of my specialties is mapping customer journey’s by using the proven design thinking method. I love to work with data and (Power)Bi to give meaning to the customer journey. As a millennial I bring in a new perspective and different way of looking at things. Besides being an eager young professional I also love to have a laugh with our clients.
